Zoe Bruton joins our team
Say It Now, the voice assistant adtech firm, has appointed Zoe Bruton, a rising star of the audio advertising industry, as its new Sales Director. Zoe brings vast knowledge and expertise to Say It Now, as well as deep experience in campaigns that combine creativity, data analysis, and conversational technology, and will support the award-winning adtech target its next phase of strategic growth across the UK and US.
Zoe joins Say It Now from A Million Ads, a leader in creative, data-driven audio campaigns, where she led global audio campaigns and long-term strategic planning for international agencies including Publicis Group, IPG and Omnicom.
Zoe will play an integral role in driving Say It Now’s growth as the company, led by CEO and founder Charlie Cadbury, drives its expansion into the market of Actionable TV Ads – on-screen ads that encourage the viewer to engage with their voice assistant after viewing a television ad to complete a brand’s advertising campaign goal. This follows a successful 2022 that saw Say It Now establish itself as a market leader in actionable audio ads through exclusive partnerships with big brands such as Tesco, Specsavers, Pizza Hut and Subaru.
Research from Neuro-Insight, the neuro analysis company, has shown that the conversational concept behind smart speaker advertising can generate powerful responses in the human brain that can build deeper connections between brands and consumers. The research found that voicing a brand’s name back to a smart speaker (in response to an advert) generates a 30% uplift in overall levels of brain response compared to a standard audio ad [1].
Charlie Cadbury, CEO and Founder, Say It Now, says:
“Zoe is a rising star of the audio advertising industry and we know that her knowledge, energy, and expertise will be vital to Say It Now as we look to accelerate our growth across the UK and the US. We are thrilled to have Zoe on the team and look forward to disrupting the advertising industry with her.”
Zoe Bruton, Sales Director, Say It Now, says:
“The advancement of conversational technology opens up a world of opportunities for brands and agencies when it comes to planning their marketing campaigns – stretching across digital audio and TV. Say It Now is blazing a trail within this space and the team has created a unique proposition – putting them on the path to become a major player in global advertising. I am delighted to join Say It Now and excited to see what we can achieve together.”
