This Christmas, radio listeners can tune into Tesco’s special offers via their Alexa smart speaker!

Say It Now, has partnered with Tesco, to launch its first-ever smart speaker advertising campaign that enables customers to access its latest special offers in the run-up to Christmas.

This festive season, smart speaker listeners who hear the Tesco advert on digital radio stations simply need to say “Alexa, open Tesco” and they will hear all about the latest offers. Listeners will then be able to set weekly notifications to hear about updated special offers from Tesco by saying “Alexa, open notifications”. Listeners will also have the opportunity to receive a Tesco website link to their phone that directs them to a page of special offers that they can browse and buy from. Tesco’s actionable advertising campaign is in a bid to reach millions of listeners via smart speaker devices and to help them access great value offers in the lead-up to Christmas.

Research shows that 50% of UK Adults have access to a smart speaker at home, and analysts predict that the growing use of voice assistants will drive the value of smart home payments to $164 billion in 2025.
